So the only good things about Reading festival were that I left a day early, got a reasonable amount of money and met some awesome people when I was super-wasted.

It's his bday today, going bowling tonight. I imagine we will all be very very wasted. Heh. Might even go for a smoke afterwards - will have to see about that. No doubt will be too drunk. Woo.
Haven't had a good night out for ages, thinking about it - since ben pulled nicci... hahaha. Wonder if he's back from his hols yet so we can try get him to do it again tonight. lmao.

Can't wait.

60 hours on a coach in one week. Whoa. It was worth it, although next time planning travel a bit earlier (than three days before we were supposed to leave!) will allow flights to be purchased.

One word to describe the journey there: Sandwiches. 3 Loaves of sandwiches. We stopped off in Amsterdam - enough said. There were other Wacken people on our coach, they sucked cock though.

Bands I saw:

Opeth, Nevermore, Emperor, Finntroll, Motorhead, Ektomorf, Aborted, Atheist, Caliban, Soulfly, Morbid Angel, Fear Factory, Children of Bodom, Arch Enemy. They were all awesome apart from Motorhead, who suck but we were waiting to see Finntroll. I think I saw more bands too but I can't remember everyone.

Best bands had to be: Emperor, Opeth, Soulfly and Fear Factory.

Made fun of lots of people being really fucked, took loads of pictures of random stuff too. Beer. Good. Lots.

Pro Plus got me through it.

May update more with specific stories when I can think of them all.

Happy day after Independence day. I still want to blow stuff up. I didn't blow anything up yesterday. Melina blew up some champagne. I was jealous..

It's because i'm cool.

So i'm working at Royal Ascot, that's pretty cool. Seems like good fun and I already know one of the other people working there because he was in the year above. There's another guy there too that I vaguely recognise from somewhere but can't place him. Ah well... Its like Bracknell Crew staffing this event, ha! Power to the crappy little town.

Got a phone call this morning... from Legoland, so I have an interview at 11am tomorrow... Legendland. I thought they'd just given up and decided not to give me a job, if all goes well tomorrow I should be Legolanding it over summer, win. Hopefully i'll be able to get a lot of hours/lots of overtime. Really need the money.

So the last 4 days I have been going to bed when it's completely light. Hmmm. Nocturnalising. The summer ball was awesome, most people went, but I stayed up till everyone got back and then got wrecked, starting from about 5am and ending at about 12pm. Chav John crashed out in the hallway for a few hours after coming back so drunk he was unable to speak then got up and was fine, started drinking etc again. What a legend. Everyone looked well smart as they were all suited and booted, way different from the usual. There were lots and lots of hot girls about.

I'm bored of being single, as getting laid on a regular basis is hella better than not. Gayness. Download is getting pretty close now, which will be awesome to the max. Can barely wait, even though i'm only working there. It'll be good to get out and meet some new people.

Been watching shitloads of 24. Bauer. Wicked. Halfway through series 3 now, i'm hooked.

Can't wait to get down the cellar bar over summer and check out some live music, and also can't wait to get down drumwright and check out some kits.

I need more money.

I need to get some more Lamb of God albums, they are sexified. So, not going to the summer ball (summer balls are for pussies) haha, will defos save me a few pennies. Get my loan through on monday - I get it a week before I leave.. lol it's gonna be a fun week. Cant wait to get back to Brackers and get a job, and also buy my Wacken ticket... Wacken is going to be pant-wettingly awesome. Am tempted to see about securing a ticket for download rather than working there... hmmm (yes I know that all camping tickets are sold out, but I have other.. options). Will need to give that one more thought.
Everyone is going home now, its weird. Gonna be like at easter when its all quiet again. Gary went home today, Chris is going next week sometime (as are most people I think) all the Minton girls are gone, as is Rob. Yawn.
I have a coke habit. Can't go a few days without having to have some. lol. Even spent my last £1 on it. Hooray for addictions.

My exam yesterday could've gone either way and by either way I mean badly. Oh well, shit happens - i'll just resit in August. The summer ball is on Saturday, i'm thinking most people are going. Hopefully i'll have my loan by then so I can get wasted with whoever else isn't going. It's pretty mad though - doesn't finish till 7am. There is a large marquee in the field.

Should be home in a couple weeks - need to arrange a date with le mum because i'll be bringing all my stuff home. That'll be laugh. 1 years worth of crap that I've managed to collect. hehe.

Well, its pretty much decided that Nick, Chris and myself are going to go travelling after uni, most likely round Africa. That will be awesome. Going to have to save up for it, so Chris suggested we try and work at a surf shop for a year... just get cained all the time and surf. Sounds good. There's still another 2 years left but I can't wait to finish and have a couple years away from education/work already. Gah.

It's not long till Download '06 - if all goes well i'll get to see the almighty Johnny Truant. Not bothered about anyone else too much, would be nice to see Tool though.

So my student loan still isn't through. More annoying is the fact I had to go get an emergency loan today, so that I can survive next week. Luckily the woman that helped sort it out gave me free food vouchers I don't need to pay back - awesome. I get free meals for a week. I got £50 for my emergency loan thing. I have to pay it back when I get my loan. I owe Chris £50 and Nick £7 also. I'm not going to the Sugarmill tomorrow to see some live metal as I can't afford it. Hopefully it will be sorted by Tues... thats the plan anyway.

Marketing sucks. Exams on marketing suck more, especially when you didn't pay attention in the lectures and didn't go to the tutorials because room B155 doesn't actually exist, Monday is failure time methinks.

I'm tempted to stop writing on this thing because the audience consists of about 2 people I can think of... One of whom (as far as I know) barely ever comes on. Hmm...

Whoa! Copied two of Gary's Beecher albums... they're amazing. Definitely up there with Johnny Truant and Norma Jean.. How could I have not known about them for all this time? I guess maybe because they split up a good while ago but thats no excuse. Damn.

My hair is well emo, its funny because i'm quite anti-emo myself, haha, haha.

Went to Liquid last night and had a really good night out, shame about the drinks being expensive.. Quite a few quality tunes were played: System, Beastie Boys, Korn, Pendulum, Prodigy etc. Saw a guy with red eyes as well... awesome. Raved it up at the end in the dance bit, was mad.

Other things happening at the moment:
My loan is still not through (as far as I know)which is pretty weak sauce because i've got all of £1.55 left.

I've hit upon what I hope to be the next biggest fad - the "have no money and eat 1 carrot per day diet". It's been pretty successful so far as I have a) no money and b) have been eating 1 carrot a day. The best part about it is the fact that it doesnt matter what else you eat because it likely wont last long as you've got no money, also you get night vision from all the carrots you eat. Bonus. I might write a book detailing how to do everything correctly, you know, do's and dont's etc. Mark (or John or Pete) my words: this is the next Atkins diet.

Apparently people are addicted to mobile phones. That's just fucking stupid. Funny though, as addicts have panic attacks when not with their phone or if it is off, can't sleep at night because of texting too much and some other random bollocks. Jokes on whoever is addicted to their phone.

In other news whiskey is going to be overtaken as Britain's no. 1 spirit. This is a shame, as whiskey is way more awesome than vodka. Everyone drink more whiskey from now on. I got an email from eBay yesterday "congratulations - it's been a year since you joined eBay" whoa! lucky they told me that, i'd have never remembered something so important. Worst thing is, I don't even get a prize or money or anything for being with them a year, just a shitty email congratulating me without rewarding me. Bastards. I am currently down to my last pair of shoes as well. Wearing smart shoes as my converse are at Collette's and my globe's are at Saadia's, neither of which are in. Most unconvenient.

The girls upstairs came down last night and wanted me and Nick to come upstairs and watch Brokeback Mountain with them. Why would I want to watch a film about gay cowboys? Luckily I didn't have to sit through 2 hours of cock sucking and grown men crying because I was too busy checking my mobile phone, celebrating one year of eBay and leaving my shoes in other people's rooms.

Was reminded yesterday by Jenny that gammon steak exists, fuck yeah! So me, Jenny and Nicketh are gonna have a gammon steak night. It's will be awesome because Jenny is cooking. Gammon steak, a fried egg on top and some pineapple at the side. Must discuss this further because I want some gammon now schamone! Hooray for boobies... just thought i'd put that in randomly, haven't had a chance to say it and i've wanted to for a while. Just watched euro trip... it had a couple of bits that were moderately funny. I'd suggest to people downloading it rather than buying it though because you're probs only gonna watch it once. Vinnie Jones is in it though, which is good, but his character is boring and only appears once or twice, which is bad. Jokes on me i've got a presentation for wed that I haven't even started yet. Might just not do it... ooh. Fucking work. Fuck.

Had a BBQ yesterday, out on the grass behind halls, next to the stream. It was pretty cool, was with Chriseth, Nicketh, Evematron, James and Spaz (Anna) I enjoy good weather. Chris, Eve and Anna were doing poi, which are things you swing round on a string and they have like streamer stuff and yeah... i'm struggling to describe them so google them. Unfortunately today sunny Stoke is back to its sunny self. Gary, Rob and Andy are back so Spode Yellow is up to full, mad strength again. I have so much work to do its unbelievable, but really don't want to do it. I've smoked so much this last week its crazy, got stoned every single day without fail - madness.

In other news, Bry got me a weird comedy card with a pumpkin eating a leek: "After a liquid fertiliser lunch... ...the pumpkin was desperate for a leek" so thats pretty cool, the shining on dvd and a new hat... ooh controversial. It's awesome though. Andy got me proper pirate grog as well ("Splice the main brace!"), it needs to be mixed with rum, lime juice and water. Hardcore.

So went to see Silent Hill last night, then went to the ember lounge for a few bevvies after - they were serving till 2am, win. The film was ok I guess, kind of boring. Definitely better at the start, the end was a bit weak.

I have a lot to do before wed. I don't want to do it. Gah. Tonight will be mad, going to properly celebrate being 19 tonight at Gobble. Me and Nick are going in our backless hospital gowns we got the other day, it will be sexified. I'm quite tempted to not wear anything underneath either and show my amazing arse off to everyone.
